No. Producers only pack what is pre-sold for delivery to customers for that specific market date. They are specifically asked to refrain from upselling to customers on-site at the market. This keeps the pressure low for everyone and focuses on servicing everyone as efficiently as possible during the drop timeframe. Lower pressure means more time to talk about things like building community.

It's not how we choose to run it. We encourage free-market behavior, and with all of our producers being small, we know sales will eventually cascade across producers as inventory runs low. This will give consumers the best opportunity to get what they want at every market and forge relationships with multiple producers.

That is between you and the producer. We know things happen; however, after a producer confirms your order, they can no longer sell it to someone else. It is REKO policy to not offer refunds for no-shows. However, most of our producers will work with you to deliver at the next drop or make other arrangements for pick-up at their farm. This might mean a longer-than-expected drive for you. As long as you do not make a habit of it, everything should be fine.

As a producer, you are expected to be at all drops you have sales for during any given week. Continued lateness, or a single failure to show, can lead to being expelled from that market or the REKO all together.
If you know you will be unavailable for a specific date, you must remove your product listings for that market and/or date. This allows customers to select from similar products offered from available producers.
